About Dianne
Dianne began her career at the Massachusetts State House alongside freshman State Representative Marty Walsh, now Secretary of the US Department of Labor. From there, she led public policy and inter-governmental relations for Massachusetts public safety and public health agencies. In those roles, she secured significant operational and capital resources for those agencies. She developed, wrote, and established policies to improve services to the Commonwealth's most vulnerable residents.
Shortly after Walsh became Mayor of Boston in 2014, she helped him build out the City's first-ever Economic Development cabinet. In that role, she developed tools to assist small businesses as they navigated multiple programs and bureaucracies within city government, worked to identify ways for the city to support the innovation economy while protecting workers, City residents, and consumers, and made recommendations for improving the City’s public amenities, including the City Hall lobby. She has served on multiple transition teams for newly elected public officials.
Dianne's experience includes leading public policy, legislative, and regulatory work for various legislative, executive, and independent state agencies, municipal government, countless political campaigns, and private consulting. She specializes in public safety, construction trades issues and labor, the cannabis industry, and public health.
